By creating an account or using QuizBoss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

QuizBoss is an AI-powered quiz generation tool for educators, tutors, and learners. It allows users to create, save, edit, and export educational assessments in various formats.

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate information during registration You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@quizboss.io.

You agree to use QuizBoss only for lawful educational purposes. You may not: • Use the Service to generate harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to access the Service without our consent • Resell or redistribute quiz content generated by the Service for commercial purposes without permission Personal and Classroom Use Only: Quizzes generated through QuizBoss are licensed for personal, educational, and classroom use only. You may not sell, license, or commercially distribute quizzes generated by QuizBoss — in whole or in part — to third parties. This includes but is not limited to: selling quiz packs, offering paid tutoring materials derived from QuizBoss output, or using the Service as a content generation engine for a commercial product or service. Educational institutions may use generated content freely within their programs without restriction.

QuizBoss offers the following plans: • Free accounts receive a limited number of quiz generations • Monthly and annual subscriptions provide additional monthly generations • Lifetime access plans (available via authorized marketplaces) provide a fixed generation quota Credits do not roll over between billing periods for subscription plans. Lifetime plan credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

QuizBoss and its underlying AI technology are owned by the Service operator. Quizzes you generate belong to you. You grant QuizBoss a limited license to process and store your quiz content to provide the Service. You may not claim ownership over the QuizBoss platform, logo, or brand.

QuizBoss does not collect, store, or process any student data. Educators use the Service to generate assessments — no student names, responses, or identifying information are entered into or stored by the Service. QuizBoss is designed to be FERPA-compliant by design.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We recommend reviewing all generated quizzes before distributing them to students. QuizBoss is not liable for any educational outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting hello@quizboss.io. Upon termination, your saved quizzes may no longer be accessible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
